Answer: C, coconut. Copra is its dried meat, or kernel. San Francisco was once home to largest coconut-processing plant on the entire West Coast. In fact, the five-story high copra crane on Islais Creek is the last surviving part of the former Cargill industrial plant, used to transport large amount of copras from ships to the plant as late as 1974, and is preserved as a historic landmark.
