Jodi Liano is the founder of San Francisco Cooking School, and is an instructor there. In addition to a 15-year career as a cooking teacher, Jodi has written four cookbooks, including Cooking from the Farmers Market and Eggs and spent time working at the Food Network. Her most recent book, Perfect Panini, will be released later this year.
