Members of Cathay Bi’s dumpling club get weekly portions of small-batch dumplings hand-folded by Bi and Mei, with accompanying ingredients to make a complete meal. Featuring seasonal ingredients sourched from the Heart of the City Farmers Market, options vary but include pork wontons, vegan kale and tofu wontons, Japanese chicken curry meatballs, buttered egg & roasted leek dumplings, cheesy scallion pancakes, and more.
